As I’ve mentioned before, I DIG beach weddings. Needless to say when Celine reached out to me about her beach wedding – I was thinking, girl, you had me at beach. I wanted to dance on my toes and give her a hug (actually, I DID give her a hug!). Fast forward a few months and there I am, with the sea breeze cheering me on, capturing the most intimate and the sweetest wedding ever. Celine and Dan waited for a long time to tie this knot and you can just tell how much they were soaking up every minute of this celebration. I wish them all the very best!
Why yes, I’m back from Vegas! I had quite a whirlwind of a weekend appearing both as guest and as photographer for Janet and Shen’s wedding. Janet has been a dear friend of mine for more than 15 years, near or far. It only seemed like yesterday when we giggled and laughed about who among our posse would be the first to tie the knot (I guess I won?) Needless to say, I am incredibly excited for her that she has found Shen to share her life with and that now we can debate on who will be the first to have a baby (Janet, YOU FIRST!). I am so happy for the both of them and I wish them everlasting love, friendship and support!
Now, let’s sneak-a-peek at their intimate yet fabulous New York-New York, Las Vegas wedding!
This is the epitome of a beach house wedding. It’s soft, romantic and laid back. In addition, you get your own private beach lot to do portraits. What photographer would not love that? Much thanks to Ian Andrew Photography for inviting me to tag along for this wedding. It is super gorge, if I may say so myself :). Note, it’s also pretty epic that the groom is a a musician and serenaded his new wife with a beautiful original piece. I’ve gotta sign Jeff up for some guitar lessons.
OH Yes. It’s sneakity time! I am so excited to share a peek for my first wedding of 2013! Uyen and Tory’s intimate wedding was set in the heart of Kate Session Park. I have a serious style crush on these two – they look like they walked straight out of an Anthropologie catalogue. Donjathink?
